owen@blissbrah2024-05-08Doubt is the daddy of the hindrances, of whom I've seen a lot of in the past eight or so jhana retreats that I've attended as student and student who helps guide other students. Asking y'all to digitally tar and feather me if I don't post my first Piece on the forbidden website today about working with doubt.
