Elena’s experience:
Elena Lake 🌿@relic_radiation:starting a thread of my experience working with @findradiance. my summary so far: it's a travesty that they have taken until this late in my life to exist, and/or that it's taken me this long to find a holistic health provider of their caliber

2024-09-22It’s highly personalized, but my guess of things I’m doing in the program that are good general advice are:
- Drink a ton of water first thing in the morning, starting with hot water. I have a glass of hot water, then 32oz room temp electrolyte water.
- Go to bed as early as you can manage and wake up early (I used to wake up at 8, now I wake up at 6-6:45).
- Don’t eat after dinner (right now I’m supposed to stop eating at 6, but that may be pushed out later in a steady state).
- Eat a large volume of vegetables with every meal.
- Start tracking your meals, mealtimes, digestive symptoms, mood, and energy levels to start to look for patterns.
