Tyler John@tyler_m_john2026-04-16There would be a lot less AI lab brain drain if moving to an AI lab didn't change your entire social class and long-run life prospects by making you an instant millionaire(++). There needs to be some way for non-lab people working on AI to get "equity" and live well.
