Below I share a list of physical and digital products I use frequently and then I summarized a bunch of other lists created by other people (original list links below the summary)

My Physical Recommendations:

Sleep products - eye mask, mouth tape, weighted blanket, soft silicone earplugs. Try all of them and remove the ones that don’t work for your sleep quality.

My Digital Recommendations:

beeftext.org: An open-source text substitution tool. I use it 100+ times a day to substitute basic/common things for me. Saves me time and makes using a computer more enjoyable.
ditto-cp.sourceforge.io: a clipboard extension to save multiple things to your clipboard with search built-in. Saves me soo much time and frustration by allowing me to copy multiple things at once and then easily paste it again 2 hours later.
bitwarden.com: Open source password manager. Makes my passwords so much quicker/easier and more secure
voidtools.com (Everything): Windows file/folder searcher that is extensive and quick, saves me from the horrible native Windows search
f.lux and twilight (color shifters on comp and phone)
Anki: for remembering things
VPN - windscribe.com: lifetime sub was a great deal, if they still offer it
